If the ride does not take place because you do not come without notice 24 hours before, we appreciate the already paid half for the time and predisposition of the ST team.

If the child finally does not ride, you can interact with the pony or pamper it, we appreciate half or full price.

If you cannot come and notify us 24 hours before, we will change the date and time.

The reservation is made by paying half of the price by Bizum or transfer after confirming the day and time.
